During a private reception honoring the sponsors and participants for the 2014 Smithsonian Folklife Festival, two musicians from Kenya, Polycarp Awino “Winyo” Onyango and Iddi Achieng’, along with manager and Ketebul Music recording engineer Steve Kivutia, shared their thoughts on music and the Festival.
