  • Religious Diversity Day: APA Program

The Middle East is seen as the home of Islam, but there are millions of Muslim Americans whose roots lie in Pakistan, Indonesia and elsewhere in Asia and the Pacific Islands. Meanwhile, the home of Hinduism, Buddhism, Shintoism, and other faiths also has many Christians as well as agnostics and atheists.

On July 1, come and explore spiritual identities, interfaith connections, and the ways that community centers are preserving tradition at the same time they fulfill spiritual needs for Americans with roots in Asia and the Pacific Islands. APA Mormons (from the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints), evangelicals, Catholics, Buddhists, Sikhs, Hindus, and more will be in attendance.

    Hope to see you there!
