  • "Where Would We Be Without Corn?": Mexico Foodways Interns and Volunteers

    The contributions of interns and volunteers are vital to the success of the Smithsonian Folklife Festival. The 2010 Festival included a large exhibit on the traditional cultures of Mexico. In the foodways area, interns and volunteers worked alongside Mexican cooks as they prepared and presented indigenous recipes and told stories of daily life.
