Join chef Checo Alonso and his daughter Aida Alonso as they prepare and share the rich story of gorditas filled with chile verde and pork, a cherished recipe passed down through generations of family. Checo will reflect on how making gorditas with his daughter brings them closer to their roots in his mother’s hometown, preserving and celebrating their Mexican heritage.
