This guy wanted to promote his new restaurant, so he put a sign in the window—"Best Chinese Food in New York City." Another guy a few stores away got nervous and the next day put a new sign in his window—"Best Chinese Food in the United States." A third restaurant owner on the block, worried about losing customers, got someone to make him a new neon sign for his window—"Best Chinese Food in the Whole World."
